Ladies' Aid Album Sampler: Links to Free Patterns

The 2021-22 appliqued Block of the Month at CivilWarQuilts was
based on a large group of album quilts made in New York after 1850 or so.
Ladies's Aid Album Sampler features 12 pictorial blocks often seen
in that regional style. New Yorkers loved including animals, cows and cats, etc.

Links to the introductions:

One "official set" is a distinctly New York idea---linking the sampler blocks by leaving the corners empty, then filling them with an image that makes a secondary pattern, such as hearts.

That pattern is in the introduction

The patterns were posted on the last Wednesday of each month beginning in March, 2021. Blocks are 15" finished and the quilt is 45" x 60" without borders.
