Each month beginning in March, 2021 there's a post here on CivilWarQuilts for a free appliqued pattern based on 19th-century New York album favorites. The 12- Block-of-the-Month series is about the Civil War and New York women's homefront activities.

Here's a list with links to the free patterns as they are published on the last Wednesday of each month.

As we started late in March the 12-block series will go through February, 2022.
